many of us struggle
with the belief that we’re not good enough. No matter how much you do or accomplish, there’s this voice that says “it’s not enough”.
This voice keeps us spinning our wheels, overworking ourselves to burn out, and leaves us mentally and physically drained. It manifests as not pursuing your dreams wholeheartedly, staying in unhealthy relationships with poor boundaries, and sabotaging yourself with Imposter Syndrome!
By filtering through Cultural Messages that have a major bearing on our self-perception, we take active ownership of the beliefs we choose to nurture, and give ourselves an amazing opportunity to grow more in self-acceptance, kindness and empowerment!
And that's where we want to be!
Tiffany and I have designed our Cultural Messages Workshop to shine a light on limiting beliefs and their negative effects, and to teach you how to replace them with more productive beliefs and practices that have you feel more whole and empowered every day! By shifting our internal dialogue, we begin to see ourselves in a healthier and more true light - which leads to more freedom and living a fierce and fabulous life!
This workshop is for you if:
You want to feel like you're good enough at all times
You want to be more kind and affirming to yourself
You want to enjoy peace and replenishment from proper self-care and self-love
You want to feel energized, motivated, and ready to take on the world!
In our workshop,
we’ll be:
Providing a safe and confidential space to explore this self limiting belief and provide clarity on how they may be impacting how you feel and how you view yourself.
Showcasing practical tools you can use.
Discussing ways to navigate a culture where it may never be good enough and how to stay on your path in spite of any push back.
We can’t wait to connect with you more in our workshop and shed light on how this limiting belief impacts your emotional health and wellbeing!
